The 29,000-square-feet Kings Point South Club offers state of the art recreation facilities to include Palm Court Café, Spa Serenity, Jubilee Hall, outdoor, indoor, & aerobic heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, and a cyber space computer loft. Kings Point South Club also features a stain glass studio, pottery shoppe, art gallery, and a game room.

The Kings Point Clubhouse features 97,000-square-feet of recreation space to include the 10,000-square-foot Borini theatre, Le Perk Café, library, transportation services through out Florida’s New Sun City Center, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, whirlpool, women’s and men’s sauna, fitness center, and The Studio for aerobic classes.
