Minto opens Phase II sales at The Isles of Collier Preserve Introduces new villa and single-family home collections
Naples, FL — Minto Communities announces that sales are open for homes in the next phase of The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples. For a limited time, pre-grand opening pricing is available on the first release of homes in phase II.
Minto also is introducing an exciting new collection of luxury paired villas and single-family home designs. Five paired-villa designs start from the mid-$300s, and nine luxury single-family home designs are priced from the $400s to more than $1 million. A new Model Court showcasing the new collections is scheduled to open early next year.
“Prospective home buyers now have the opportunity to purchase a luxury home priced from just the mid-$300s at The Isles of Collier Preserve,” notes Minto Senior Vice President William Bullock. “This represents an incredible value in the Naples market.”

The new Buttonwood Collection includes luxury paired villas that range from 1,565 square feet under air to 1,862 square feet under air. One-story paired villas include two to three bedrooms, plus den or hobby room, great room, dining room, two baths, covered lanai and two car garages.
The new Banyan Collection includes luxury single-family homes that range from 2,741 square feet under air to 4,284 square feet under air. All are designed for entertaining with gourmet kitchens featuring expansive islands, open floor plans, unique guest quarters, and luxurious outdoor living areas with unobstructed views to the beautiful outdoors.
The new collections are in addition to Minto’s other luxury home designs at The Isles of Collier Preserve. These include one, two and three story coach homes ranging from the low $400s to the $600s, and sized from 1,621 square feet under air to 2,960 square feet under air. In addition, luxury single-family homes are available that range in size from 2,016 square feet under air to 4,327 square feet under air, priced from the $400s to the $700s. The Isles of Collier Preserve is bordered on the south by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, the north by Naples Botanical Garden, and the west by Dollar Bay. More than half of The Isles of Collier Preserve’s 2,400 acres is dedicated to preserves and natural habitat. Preservation areas are connected by a network of recreational trails, bike paths and waterways for kayaking. The Isles Club at the Isles of Collier Preserve has broken ground and is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.

This fee shows up on the tax bill with average annual assessments ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 per year up to a maximum of 30 years. Minto didn’t want to burden our residents with this.”
