Island Community Releases 12 Buildings Offering 36 Island-Style Coach Homes.

ANNA MARIA SOUND, Fla.  – January 15, 2013 – Development in one of Florida’s most
desirable communities – let alone its last private island – continues on Harbour Isle on Anna
Maria Sound. William Bullock, vice president of Minto Communities, is pleased to announce
the launch of phase two of the Mangrove Walk neighborhood with the release of 12 buildings
offering 36 Island-style Coach Homes.

The first phase of Mangrove Walk, which is nestled between a one-mile long lake and a
mangrove preserve - consists of 32 buildings with 96 residences, community pool with
cabanas and outdoor fire pit, kayak launch and six furnished model homes. The second phase
will be a continuation of the very successful first phase.

“Harbour Isle is a special island community that continues to receive many visitors, many of
whom have converted into buyers because of the exceptional value we offer for resort style
living,” states Bullock. “Only a handful of homes are still available in phase one. We have seen
a steady increase in sales and the release of the next phase was necessary to keep up with the
demand.”

With its Southern coastal living architectural style, the new Island Coach Homes will offer
scenic views and premium standard features.  Starting in the $370s, Minto offers six floor
plans ranging from 1,621 to 2,960 sq. ft. under air.

In harmony with the natural beauty that surrounds the community, all homes will be built to
LEED standards – an internationally recognized green building certification system – and

include ENERGY STAR® certified products. A generous offering of premium standard features
will be included, such as:

• 10’ tray ceilings
• 18” ceramic floor tile
• Complete GE® Energy Star® appliances
• Private elevators for second floor units
• Granite countertops in kitchen, baths and laundry rooms
• Low-E double pane insulated impact-resistant windows
• Upgraded wood kitchen cabinets

The exterior of the block-constructed homes feature Hardy board lap siding to enhance the
coastal theme and decorative shakes and metal accents for the roof.

The community also includes a guardhouse with an observation tower.

Future amenities include a Beach Club along the shores of the Anna Maria Sound and a
marina that will be located at the entrance of the community.
